Since you left Clarksdale, I’ve lost track of you. Carolyn Manning, here. You may not remember me – I was with BellSouth and one of the original organizers of the Delta Women’s Leadership Conference held at Delta State University. I think you may have led one of the workshops or at least I believe I talked to you about that possibility.
At any rate, I am now retired and live in Waynesville, NC and wondered if maybe you had interface into the Asheville, NC area since you left MS. I am in a small Garden Club and we are in planning stages of our every other year fundraiser event – a themed luncheon which is attended by about 100 guests. You would be a fabulous guest speaker…..but, I’m not sure we could afford you.
Please let me know what the possibilities and pricing, if any, would be involved to engage you as our guest speaker speaking on Feng Shui Gardening……I continue to love your book….and review it often as I am well into my “gardening years” !!!
